USC Aiken Dining provides a variety of meal plans designed to meet your dining needs while on campus, whether you are a residential or commuter student.

Plans are pre-paid meals and/or declining balances loaded onto your University ID card to spend at on-campus locations of SAC Café, The Station, Starbucks, Concessions and off-campus at the York Street Domino’s.

Meal plan requirements vary depending on your residential status. For more information about the meal plan program, please review the 2026–2027 academic year meal plan details below and visit our FAQ page.

All full-time commuting students attending USCA are enrolled in the Commuter $80 Meal Plan with $80 declining balance accessible through their student ID. Any commuter student who wishes to opt out may during a two-week period coinciding with the University's last day to add/drop classes for the semester by completing the opt out form. The opt out form will be availble during the two-week period on this page (August 11th through August 24th for the Fall semester). Opting out must be done each semester.

Students living on campus are required to have a meal plan and will select a meal plan when they complete their housing application, otherwise they are automatically enrolled. Freshman and Sophomore students will be automatically enrolled in Plan B and may upgrade to Plan A. Junior and Senior students will be automatically enrolled in Plan C and may upgrade to Plan A or Plan B.

MEAL PLAN A - All Access Premium

Unlimited Meal Swipes + $300 FLEX Declining Balance + 50 Meal Exchanges

This plan allows one meal per meal period to be used for all-you-care-to-eat meals in the SAC Café, 50 meal exchange in retail.

Price: $1,950 per semester

PLAN B - All Access Value

Unlimited Meal + $100 FLEX Declining Balance + 30 Meal Exchanges

This plan allows one meal per meal period to be used for all-you-care-to-eat meals in the SAC Café and 30 meal exchange in retail.

Price: $1,800.00 per semester

PLAN C - Upperclassmen Block 200

200 Meal Exchange + $300 FLEX Declining Balance

This plan allows 200 meal exchanges for the semester to be used for all-you-care-to-eat meals in the SAC Café or in retail.

Price: $1,700.00 per semester

PLAN D - Pick Your Points DCB

This plan allows $500 in declining balance that may be spent at any dining location and does not include any meal swipes or meal equivalency.

Price: $450.00 per purchase

PACER CARD

This is a declining balance sold in increments of $40. You receive 10% for every $40 you add!

Price: $40.00 per semester

These monies may be used to make purchases at the SAC Cafe, Starbucks, The Station, Pacer Market, Ace's Food Truck and Concessions or off-campus at the York Street Domino's. This is a great way to engage with other students, faculty and sfaff at University venues with the convenience of using preloaded money.

If the blanace gets low, additional funds may be purchased through the USCA Business Services Office located in room 114 of the Penland Adminstration building. Additional meal plans are availble and may be purchased to fit each commuter students individual dining needs.

This plan allows 30 meal exchange per semester to be used for all-you-care-to-eat meals in the SAC Cafe or in retail.

Faculty & Staff may select any meal plan but may find the options below best suited to meet their unique needs and preferences. Plans may be purchased at any time at Business Services located in the Penland Administration building, room 114.

This plan allows $500 in declining balance that may be spent at any dining location and does not include any meal swipes or meal equivalency.

PACER CARD

This is a declining balance sold in increments of $40. You receive 10% for every $40 you add!

Price: $40.00 per semester

Meal Swipes may be used for one meal entry into the SAC Café and are limited to one swipe per meal period.

Meal Exchange may be used for an all-you-care-to-eat meal in the SAC Cafe or redeemed for a meal in retail for an entree, side, and beverage at The Station and Pacer Market. These are not limited by meal period.

Declining Balance (FLEX) is a term used for the balance that comes with a meal plan that is only accepted at on-campus dining services locations and Domino's (1140 York St. Location). These funds roll from fall to spring and expire at the end of the spring semester.

Pacer Card is a declining balance fund only accepted at on-campus dining services locations and Domino's (1140 York St. Location). Funds may be added at any point during the semester in increments of $40 by visiting the Business Services located in the Penland Administration building room 114.

Pacer Bucks is a term used by our cashiers for declining balance and pacer card payments.

Carolina Card may be purchased through the Columbia Carolina Card Office and is accepted in dining services locations, the bookstore, vending and print services as well as other University of South Carolina campuses.
